Try this homemade recipe for Greek Pasteli and enjoy it as a snack during your day, at school, at work or while training.
- 200g sesame seeds
- 200 g honey
- Zest of one lemon
- A pinch of salt
In a saucepan or deep frying pan, roast the sesame seeds and when golden brown, put them in a bowl.
Using the same saucepan, pour into it the honey and the pinch of salt and bring it to the boil stirring constantly. Put the sesame seeds into the honey and finally the lemon zest. Pour the mixture into a flat pan to cool and harden.
