Best Yoga Retreat Destinations in Greece

A necessary trend!

With the stresses and strains of our everyday life, more and more people are looking into ways to relax and connect with nature and their inner self.

This is what brought about and has made Yoga Retreat holidays one of the trends nowadays.

A vacation in Greece is not only about visiting the many museums, visiting countless ancient sites and temples and swimming in the sapphire blue sea …

Many people now visit Greece on an annual basis to stay at one of the many well-organized Yoga Retreats – an experience you’ll want to make a habit of if you decide to try it just once.

Some best-known retreats can be found on the island of Lesvos, Lemnos, Crete, Mykonos, Kefalonia, Paros and Athens.

Each has its own program and offers the type of getaway we need to reinvent ourselves.  Yoga, meditation, massage, hikes and so much more.

I have always been the relax-on-the-beach type of person, soaking up the sun, whilst reading a book or listening to my favourite music.

After speaking to some yoga fanatic friends of mine, I am now so looking forward to taking a short break to connect with Mother Nature and myself.

I, along with so many other people feel as if I’m normally drowning in work, obligations and petty issues.

We tend to fill our heads with ‘spam’ … that is exactly what I’m aiming to do … get rid of the ‘spam’ in my head!

I don’t know about you all, but my 7-day yoga-retreat vacation has already been booked and just the thought of that soothes my exhausted brain and body.

So, what are you still waiting for?

Grab your mat, passport and join the millions who’ve already discovered the benefits of self-connection and relaxation.

Go back home energized and with a clear mind ready to combat all your daily issues in a more relaxed way – overlooking the pettiness of most things that ruin our lives … and for no reason whatsoever.

My bag is all packed and ready … is yours?
